Here is a series of photos which show us building our post and timber frame pavilion, utilizing wood logs and wood milled from the property. It also includes some photos some renovations of the old farmhouse which the pavilion sits directly behind. The pavilion is primarily wood from two different yellow pine species with a tulip poplar ridge beam. Wood slats for the roof are a mixture of poplar and pine as well.
